The Store provides free downloads and sells high quality prints of public art produced by Ilan Sandler since 2000. Each print is signed by the artist and lists the title, date of printing, and location of the artwork. All artwork is produced in Canada and shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia via Fed Ex Canada. Certificate of Authentication
Your shipment will include a receipt listing the purchaser's name and address, the title of the artwork, date of printing, edition, sequence in the edition, and value to authenticate your purchase of the signed print.
Prints
The first edition of prints has been produced from twelve original photographs taken by the artist. The images are of public artworks produced by the artist between 2000 and 2011. Each image is printed on 100% cotton rag Hahnemühle fine art paper. The Giclée prints are made using a 12 colour water based pigment ink process on the Canon 8300. The prints are produced in Halifax and are signed and dated by the artist using a graphite pencil. The title and location of each sculpture is also listed in graphite pencil on the print along with its sequence in the edition of twelve.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to deliver merchandise within the time frames listed below. However, if our suppliers have delays that are beyond our control we will notify the purchaser of any delays.
Estimated times
Continental US and Canada: 7 working days.
Europe: 14 working days.
Other destinations: Up to 28 working days.
Payment
Payment can be made by methods specified in the Paypal payment section of the website. All charges will be debited from a purchaser's account by methods specified in the Paypal payment section of the website at the time of ordering. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to authorization by the card issuer. Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. is not liable for any delay or non-delivery if the card issuer refuses to authorize payment.

Declining Transactions
Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. reserves the right to withdraw the offer of sale if payment is not received in full on the date the order is placed. Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. may also decline a sale with a particular customer. If conditions of the sale are deemed inappropriate by the merchant explanations for declining the sale will not be provided. No charges will be applied to a customer unless merchandise has been shipped.
Order Confirmation
Customers will receive an email within 24 hours of the sale listing the merchandise ordered and payments received. A subsequent email will be sent listing the date of expected delivery, and tracking information. Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. makes every effort to maintain and keep the information on the website up to date. However, if there are changes to pricing during the processing of your order you may contact us at info@sandlerstudio.com or at 902 481 6542 to confirm whether your order has been processed prior to published changes. Customers will receive a full reimbursement for their purchase if stock items are no longer available after an order is placed or due to changes in pricing of inventory listed on the website.
Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. reserves the right to remove merchandise and alter prices at any time.
Returns
Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you may return it within 30 days of delivery. If the merchandise is damaged upon delivery or you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact: info@sandlerstudio.com or call +1 902 481 6542 for instructions on reimbursement.
Ilan Sandler Studio Inc. will pay for return shipping of merchandise that is damaged upon delivery to the purchaser. Dissatisfaction with a purchase for any other reason requires that the purchaser pay for the return shipping. Reimbursements for returned merchandise will require 30 days for processing after receipt of returned merchandise.
Free Downloads
The purpose of the downloadable documents and images is to provide individuals with imagery and information about Sandler Studio's productions. The downloads are available for personal use. Resale or reproduction of the downloadable documents is an infringement of copyright. Reproduction or presentation of the downloads for purposes other than educational use is prohibited. If you wish to display the image on your personal computer you may reformat it to suit your needs.
